She’s baaack!

“Soho Karen” has made it back to the Big Apple to face the music.

Miya Ponsetto was escorted into the NYPD’s First Precinct in Lower Manhattan a short time ago, clad in knit hat, purple Champion sweatshirt and black pants. Ponsetto had her leather jacket covering her hands, which were front cuffed.

Ponsetto — who was busted in California for allegedly assaulting the 14-year-old son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold at a Manhattan hotel — nearly slammed her car door on a deputy and needed to be yanked from her ride during her arrest, authorities said.

Ponsetto, 22, kept driving when Ventura County deputies tried to stop her near her Piru home around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, local police said.

But she wouldn’t stop until she pulled up to her home — and even then refused to get out of her car, police said.
