The Chase saw a whopping cash builder from the contestants on the show on Friday, with £21,000 built up in the cash pot from the three contestants prior.
As Micah's turn came around, he built up a respectable £4,000 in the cash builder, but after telling the rest of the team to continuously go for the lower offer, fans were already sure he would take the lower offer.
Once Micah had earned himself the £4,000, when asking his team for advice, everyone also urged him to take the lower offer – which fans fumed about and labelled the fellow contestants as "sympathisers".
Turning to host Bradley Walsh, Micah revealed he hadn't planned to take the lower offer, but hearing his team support it made him go for it.
Although he believed it was the best choice, and chaser Jenny Ryan (AKA The Vixen) agreed, she gave him a stark warning.
Turning to the hairdresser, Jenny said: "It may be the best choice, but Micah, don't go on Twitter mate."
And she wasn't wrong…
Taking to Twitter, angry fans were quick to slam the choice to take the -£3,000.
One user wrote: "He's even dressed as a robber!"
While another added: "Yep, avoid Twitter Micah!"
A third user wrote: "Bye Micah!"
It seems he made the right choice for him, because despite taking the lower offer, Micah was still booted off the show as he failed to beat the chaser.
Therefore, the contestants were able to get through to the final round with a whopping £21,000 as they built up a whopping score of 19 points to go up against The Vixen.

The team were close to getting 20, but they were pulled back due to a wrong-person answer, but it looked like Jenny was slightly off her game as the team had multiple options to push her back.
However, despite a strong cash builder and a strong final round, The Vixen beat the team with 18 seconds remaining.
They had three attempts to push back and two were executed, but unfortunately, they lost the chance to take him £7,000 with them.
The Chase will return to ITV on Tuesday at 5pm.
