'Stressed' Coronation Street stars are learning to cope with life in lockdown with help from a life coach

CORRIE'S stressed out stars are tackling their demanding roles and the stress of lockdown with help from a top life coach.

The expert is giving them tips on how to stay focussed on their careers, remain grounded with family and friends and how not to deal with anxiety by over-indulging with food and booze as we enter a second lockdown.

Cheshire-based Robert Brennan has a string of Street stars on his books including Colson Smith, who credits the expert with helping him achieve his monster weight loss.

Determined Colson – the Street’s Craig Tinker – is now a super-fit thanks to a strict running regime and healthy-eating plan.

And he revealed: “After working with Rob for the previous 18 months, I’d recommend his work to anyone.

“Working with Rob has improved my everyday life as well as my working life. My levels of productivity and motivation are sky high!

“I’m looking forward to continuing my ongoing work with Rob and celebrating the successes I’ve gained from our work together.”

Street favourite Les Dennis – who played Michael Rodwell in the show – added: “I have worked with Rob in between my professional engagements for several months now, in his capacity as a hypnotherapist and personal coach.

“I have seen great improvements in my motivation and mental strength and have managed to keep on top of my physical health too. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone seeking a comprehensive lifestyle and mindset change.”

And a source said: “Rob is brilliant at what he does – the best in the game. He also has a string of other top stars on his books – including more from Corrie.

“But not everyone wishes to go public for a variety of reasons.”

Rob also cured former Stoke City footballer Mame Diouf of his fear of flying.
