Danny Miller is officially back on Emmerdale as Aaron Dingle, but not is all that it seems.

The character was a fan favourite and viewers grew to love him more and more over the years, especially as his relationship developed with Robert Sugden (played by Ryan Hawley). However when he returned to the Dales as Aaron on Wednesday (November 8), it seemed as if he'd undergone a very unpopular change of character.

Fans of the show watched on as he demanded money back from Vinny after his house and buisness were sold before his sister Liv was killed.

But as the former I'm A Celebrity campmate made his return to the ITV soap, viewers took to social media in their droves to complain about his sudden and unlikable change in attitude. One viewer stated: "The new Aaron is exhausting."

A second agreed as they exclaimed: "Aaron boring and miserable," as a third stated: "Aaron has turned into a disgusting human being, I really wish Vinny would stand up to him,"

A fourth fan of the soap wrote: "Aaron is one hell of a k***!" "Aaron Dingle has never been a laugh a minute character, but since he’s been back I literally can’t stand what they’ve done to him!," added a fifth.
