If you're fed up of playing Cluedo and want something a little more realistic, Unsolved Case Files might be the perfect thing for you.
The game is a big step up from old-fashioned murder mystery parties, as it sees players sent a cold case murder file filled with all the clues they need to solve the crime.
The cases are fictional, but the whole experience is intended to feel realistic, with the game featuring real objects and requiring access to the internet.
Players will be sent a range of information to help them crack the case, including photographs, newspaper clippings, suspect details, finger prints, autopsy reports and more.
There are currently four different case files to be purchased – Harmony Ashcroft, Jamie Banks, Max Cahill and Jane Doe with two new ones currently under development.
Files are priced at $29.99 which is £23.01 – however as the company is based in the US, there will also be a shipping and customs fee to pay.
Thanks to a viral tweet about the game, it's been proving so popular that a few of the files have sold out but the website states they are due to be restocked later this month.
A woman named Luma Ramahi tweeted a TiKTok video of a case file and said: "WHY TF DID NO ONE TELL ME THAT YOU CAN GET UNSOLVED CASE FILES AND ACTUALLY TRY TO SOLVE THE CASE????? I WANT ONE."
More than 117,000 people liked her tweet with it garnering over 34,000 likes.
People in the comments were really excited about the game, with one writing: "OMG WHERE CAN I GET THIS?"
Another commented: "OMG THAT'S SO COOL."
"I have watched enough FBI shows to love this," added a third.
Someone else tweeted: "This is my idea of fun. Dear lord. Imagine this with wine? & food?"
