Little Mix star Perrie Edwards revealed on The Jonathan Ross Show that she sent "naughty" texts to her ex-boyfriend's dad.
The singer, 27, told in an interview with her bandmates how she accidentally sent the string of "naughty" texts – leaving out the specifics of the naughty content.
The Holiday singer told how she was "mortified" after realising her blunder.
Perrie said: "[I sent some to] my ex-boyfriend's dad … by accident. It was the most mortifying moment of my entire life.
"I sent a selfie of my face and loads of messages. I can't even say [what the messages said]. Like really naughty ones. Like really, really naughty messages…
"His mam messaged the next day to say, 'the iCloud is still connected'. It was the most mortifying thing ever, but kind of funny."
Perrie is currently dating Liverpool footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 27, after previously dating One Direction's Zayn Malik.
But the singer did not reveal the name of the boyfriend whose dad she sent the messages to.
She initially kept her relationship with Alex secret before going public with their romance in 2017.
Perrie previously explained how she has found the perfect partner, the Sun reported.
She said in June 2019: "I'm a little creep sometimes, I'm a little weirdo. And he loves me for that, and that's why I'm like, 'Woohoo!' You know? I don't have to put on a front and be this perfect girlfriend.
"He's like, perfection. He's not too much, he's not too clingy, but he's not too cool for school.
"He's got a perfect balance, he's super supportive of everything I do, which is so nice."
She added he "just wants the best for her", as "she does him".
The group also discussed their success, admitting they "didn't expect being in a girlband to be so hard".
This week Perrie announced that she would definitely say yes if her boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain asked her to marry him.
Perrie and the footballer celebrated their four year anniversary earlier this month.
And she has revealed that if Alex, 27, popped the question, she would say yes.
Presenter Sonny Jay asked on the Capital Breakfast Show with Roman Kemp: "If he did pop the question, is it a silly question to ask, would you say yes?"
She replied: "I have to think about it I think… No, obviously! Me and Leigh-Anne [Pinnock] were just chatting and Andre [Gray] wanted to wait for their anniversary.
"I was like, aww your four-year, I just had my four-year anniversary and I got a Dairy Milk bar of chocolate!
"But do you know what, I appreciate him, we don’t want to rush into it. But it would be a definitely yes from me, I reckon!"
