Take it from someone who really knows – if you’re perusing Tinder, Hinge, Bumble or another dating app and you come across an “entrepreneur,” he’s probably broke.
This and other rules are a must know for any lady looking for love, according to TikTok user @sydneyplus who claims to work at a dating app and posted a “public service announcement” for all women this week.
The video, titled “How to detect dating app red flags, by someone who actually works at a dating app” cites these four things to watch out for:
At the end of the video the TikTok user asks “any red flags I missed?”
The video has been watched almost 100,000 times and commented on by over 250, with some commenters (obtained by the Mirror), helpfully adding their suggestions including: “When the bio says ‘I’m looking for a woman with a sense of humor’, he probably means I’m going to tell you misogynistic jokes and expect you to laugh”; “Not here for hookups 100% means he’s here for hookups.”
Another commenter added women should be concerned if “the dating profile is all selfies or pictures from the same day”.
