Grey's Anatomy fans were sent into a frenzy after a clip of a new show starring Jesse Williams, in which his penis is flashed, was leaked online.
The hunky Hollywood actor is starring in the revival of play Take Me Out, as main character Darren Lemming, and has recently received a Tony nomination for his performance.
Jesse, who played Dr Jackson Avery in Grey's Anatomy, is seen in a full frontal nude scene, which was leaked on Monday – hours after his Tony nomination.
The revival of the play, which is set in the locker room of a Major League Baseball team, opened at the Hayes Theater on Broadway.
The show features a shower scene where most of the cast – including Patrick J Adams and Jesse Tyler Ferguson – go naked – and it appears the scene was filmed and then shared online – much to the delight of Jesse's fans.
One Twitter user wrote: "Whoever took one for the team and snuck a camera to Broadway to give us these Jesse Williams videos, thanks."
Another joked: "If I buy this ticket to see Jesse Williams on Broadway and the understudy there that night…"
A third wrote: "For sure Jesse Williams has three legs and one can for sure cure the ND acne on my face."
A fourth quipped that if he needed a new career he could try selling photos on adult site OnlyFans.
The actor has yet to comment on the video leak but took to Instagram to share a brief video of his Tony nomination as he spoke of how grateful he was to be in the running for the award.
Revealing he'd been nominated alongside co-stars Ferguson and Michael Oberholtzer, he said: "No words, just gratitude. A student in a sea of teachers."
Jesse has been nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role.
The play follows Williams' character, a star centre fielder for the Empires, who comes out as gay.
According to to the show's synopsis: "The reception off the field reveals a barrage of long-held unspoken prejudices.
"Facing some hostile teammates and fraught friendships, Darren is forced to contend with the challenges of being a gay person of colour within the confines of a classic American institution."
