Taylor Swift is helping out with an important cause following the horrific damage caused by the recent tornadoes in Tennessee.
The 30-year-old “Lover” singer-songwriter donated $1 million to the Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund, her spokesperson Tree Paine confirmed on Thursday (March 5).

“Nashville is my home. And the fact that so many people have lost their homes and so much more in Middle Tennessee is devastating to me,” she wrote on her Instagram Story on Thursday (March 5).
The two tornadoes that moved through Middle Tennessee on Tuesday (March 3) killed more than two dozen people, and sent at least 150 to the hospital.
