Molly's A Star
Molly continues to amaze me with her singing. She’s teaching drama at the moment in Ireland but what I love about my Molly is her work ethic. I couldn’t be prouder. She is such an amazing songwriter. She wrote a song about me and her the other week and I bawled my eyes out when I heard it. It’s so lovely to see her doing so well on this journey.
Recovery Is For The Rest Of Your Life
Jack Fincham was very open about his addiction before being accused of inhaling laughing gas. I don’t know Jack but he shouldn’t put himself in scenarios and situations where he’s tempted if he’s still struggling.
You don’t just go into rehab for a month and go straight back to your old life – you have to really reevaluate things. I moved 400 miles away and cut people out of my life because that’s what I had to do to get better. It’s a great step to seek help from a facility, but you’re in recovery for the rest of your life.
I would love to go back to rehab as, for me, it was about reconnecting with my values. I was learning every day. You’re reading new books, connecting with new people, and constantly trying to be better.
I Feel Sorry For Travis
When I was in Atomic Kitten, we experienced something similar but not on the same level as the crowd surge and crush at Astroworld where eight people died. We were in Adelaide in Australia and it was about 45 degrees and people were fainting – we had to hose everyone down and stop the concert.
I feel very sorry for Travis Scott, who organsied Astroworld, because he’s getting a lot of flack. You can clearly see he is devastated by what happened but he had no control over the crowd and I think it’s unfair he’s getting a lot of the blame. I really feel so sorry for all of the families who have lost their loved ones. It is such a sad and unfortunate incident.

Our Split Was Planned
There are more rumours about Little Mix splitting up and it made me think about when I was in Atomic Kitten. There were no split rumours when we were together because they had already replaced me before I left and it was all planned.
I knew I didn’t want to be in the band anymore because the focus was always on Kerry, it was always about me and the fact that I was pregnant with one of the guy’s from Westlife’s baby. It was never about the music anymore and I could see the resentment building up.
I never wanted to be a professional singer, I just wanted to entertain but I loved being on stage and having fun with the girls.
