Revealing the kind of meals she now eats, the mum-of-five tells new, “In the morning, I have oats with milk, honey and peanut butter – and that really fills me up for the day. I make sure I have a big bowl.
“I then like to have my main dinner at about 3pm. I absolutely love fish with spinach and broccoli. Or a chicken salad – or even a chicken korma. It’s all about your portions. I also like to eat a lot of raisins for snacks.”
The former Atomic Kitten singer also enjoys exercising and uses weight-loss brand SlimCare – which she claims has helped to reduce her appetite.
Kerry Katona in tears as she feels 'cheated and shocked by people's behaviour' after getting bad news
Kerry Katona 'heartbroken' after tragically losing her aunt Angela as she reflects on happier times they shared
“When I first started taking SlimCare about four years ago, I lost 2st,” she says.
“I was struggling with my mental health at the time and I didn’t want to go to the gym. I was miserable, down and depressed. But as soon as I saw the weight coming off, I began training. It gave me that boost.”
Kerry says while she hasn’t stayed on top of her workouts recently after going through a tough few weeks following the sad death of her auntie Angela, she still feels physically strong.
“Because of everything that’s been going on, I haven’t exercised for a month,” she says. “But I still feel in great shape. I’ve kept the weight off, which has been brilliant.”

And Kerry, who often works out alongside her personal trainer fiancé Ryan Mahoney, 32, insists that losing weight and physical fitness aren’t her only reasons for exercising.
“When I do work out, I love doing yoga. The reason I exercise is for my headspace,” she reveals. “It doesn’t matter if I’m a size 8 or a size 14, if I’m training and feel good in my head, then I feel good everywhere – and that’s the key.
“Everything after that falls into place. I don’t train because I want to be thin or toned, I train because I always feel so good after I’ve exercised.”
Kerry also admits she doesn’t like to fixate on a number on the scales, saying, “I don’t ever weigh myself. When I went to the doctors recently, I was just under 10st. But I go off how my clothes feel, I’m a size 8-10.”
