Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William and Kate Middleton were once dubbed the royal ‘Fab Four’ as they made joint appearances together.
Royal fans got to see the group for the first time at the annual Christmas Day church service in 2017, where Meghan was welcomed by the Queen to attend just a month after Prince Harry announced their engagement.
In February 2018 at the Royal Foundation, the four hosted a panel to discuss the theme ‘Making a Difference Together’. Just a month later the foursome, who appeared thick as thieves, attended Meghan’s first Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey in March.
In the same year, the royals were also pictured at Princess Eugenie’s wedding to Jack Brooksbanks, as well as at another Christmas Day service.
The royal gang were later disbanded when the Sussexes took the decision to split from the Cambridges and move away from Kensington Palace to set up their own charitable endeavours, but it wasn’t the last we would see of the ‘Fab Four’.
Harry and Meghan will join the Queen, Kate and William and other members of the royal family for the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey today, Monday 9 March, in their last appearance before stepping down.
Here we take a look back at all our favourite moments of the ‘Fab Four’ together…
